Cathy Feldman is the publisher Blue Point Books, a company she founded in 1991 with the publication of her first book, Two Years Without Sleep: Working Moms Talk About Having A Baby And A Job. That became the first of the three books that make up her Working Women series, all of which are based on her interviews with working women around the country. The books have been used by Fortune 500 companies as well as the military in new parent, employee assistance, lactation, management training and diversity programs, and have sold over 150,000 copies.
A graduate of the University of Iowa with an honors degree in Journalism and Mass Communication, Cathy worked as an advertising executive before founding Blue Point Books. She lives in Santa Barbara, CA.
